Save the Children PNG is one of those organizations that has been a pillar for Family Voice in its infancy stage up until last year where Family Voice was able to operate on its own. In its continued support to Family Voice, Save the Children donated a Nissan patrol vehicle after a Board meeting on May 31st 2013. The vehicle’s key was officially handed over to Family Voice’s Board acting chairperson Mr. Walter Nombe.
Upon the presentation, Mr. Richard Greenfield said that Save the Children was happy to donate this vehicle in supporting the work that Family Voice does. Mr. Nombe thanked Save the Children for its continued assistance and said this donation was a great help and would make work easier for Family Voice as its programs move into the districts to work with communities.
